▼Overview The Zick Resin NP-143F method (reinforced layer lamination specification) is a specification that laminates glass cloth as a reinforced layer on top of the NP-143F method. The lamination of glass cloth is available in specifications of 1 to 3 layers. The 1-layer lamination specification is referred to as a 1-ply specification, the 2-layer lamination specification as a 2-ply specification, and the 3-layer lamination specification as a 3-ply specification. ▼Features - In addition to the characteristics of the NP-143F method, it has the following features: - The tensile strength of the coating film is improved by the lamination of glass cloth, enhancing resistance to fine cracks in the substrate. - Increasing the number of layers of glass cloth thickens the cured film thickness and further improves the tensile strength of the coating film. - The improvement in coating film strength enhances resistance to back pressure from water.

Additionally, it may be more cost-effective compared to sheet lining methods. Each lineup excels in "adhesion stability," "sulfuric acid resistance," and "barrier properties." ▼Features Using a laminated specification with high resistance to organic acids, it has excellent compatibility with treatment tanks where organic acids are generated, such as in sludge treatment facilities. Furthermore, it does not require a primer process and can significantly shorten construction time with a non-cross-laminated specification that does not use glass cloth.
